WCS Handmade Leathergoods offers the following Returns Policy:The buyer must notify seller that they are returning items within 3 days. Return shipping is at buyers  expense-no COD's will be accepted.No used or damaged items will be accepted-refund via PayPal or credit card will be made only after the returned item has been recieved.
